Pick-Up from Airport
If you wish, we will arrange transportation for you from La Aurora airport in Guatemala City. A taxi driver will meet you at the airport, drive you to the bus terminal, help you purchase a ticket, and show you where to board the bus. The trip from Guatemala City to Quetzaltenango takes about 5 hours. One of our staff people will meet you at the bus station and bring you to your homestay family. 
Within Guatemala there are many options for transportation. There are luxury coaches, smaller tourist vans, and the beloved 'chicken buses.' We can provide information about getting anywhere you want to go.
